New drinking game!

New drinking game!

Drinking game!

So everyone knows the legendary ‘Ring of Fire’ drinking game, it’s a classic in the pre-drinking world. However there is a new contender to the throne it is called ‘Snake Eyes.’ This game has numerous versions and can be tailored to all drinking requirements. These were the rules and requirements for the version we played:

Required: 2 dice, lots of alcohol (preferably beer.)

Rules

A drink is classed as 1 finger’s worth (drink as much as the width of your finger.) For example 3 drinks would be 3 finger’s worth.

You must never have an empty glass in this game. If you do you must then undertake a suitable forfeit. In our game the player with an empty glass, had to brim their glass with an appropriate drink then down it in one.

A player must roll the two dice on a table. If they roll a scoring roll (see below) they must do the required action and roll again. If the dice are dropped mid-roll or rolled off the table, the player has to down their drink.

The dice are passed round in a clockwise direction if no scoring roll is thrown.

Scoring rolls:

1+1= Snake eyes, player must stand on their chair and down their drink while other players sing a selected song.

1+2= whoever rolls this becomes ‘three-man.’ Whenever anyone has a roll with at least one of the dice showing a 3 the ‘three-man’ has to drink. The player is three-man until another player rolls a 2+1 which result in the ‘three-man’ being passed onto the that player.

3+4= Player to the right of roller drinks one.

4+5= Player to the left of roller drinks one.

2+2= Player allocates two drinks.

3+3= Player allocates three drinks.

4+4= Player allocates four drinks.

5+5= Player allocates five drinks.

6+6= Player allocates six drinks.

6+ 1-5= Player must drink that number of drinks. So a 6+5 player must drink 5 drinks, 6+4 player must drink 4 drinks and so on.

Warning this drinking game can lead to excessive drunkenness. We at Newcastle Student Nights do urge people to know their limits and drink responsibly.
